Conditions of Booking

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to season.
Meal times are between 9.00am and 9.30am and no allowances can be made for meals not taken.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property unless handed in for safe custody.
Accounts must be settled in full on arrival payment by cheque will not be accepted.
In the event of any cancellation with less than 7 days notice or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person who placed the booking will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation. Any deposits paid will not be refunded with less than 14 days notice of cancellation.
The proprietors reserve the right to charge any damages caused by any member of the party to the person responsible for the booking, and such payments will be deducted from the card used to make said booking.
A £10.00 penalty will be incurred for lost keys.
Any additional persons brought back to the hotel will be charged and this payment will be taken from the card used to secure the booking.
